Terms of Service

SuperSpace provides browser-based file and media tools. Most file processing happens locally in your browser; those files are not uploaded to our servers. AI Detector, Grammar Checker, AI Paraphraser, and AI Summarizer send the text you submit to Google Gemini for processing.

You may use most tools without an account. Some features require signing in with a Google account through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use SuperSpace to process files you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

SuperSpace and its interface are owned by Sabarish. Your files remain yours. We claim no rights to files you process through the service.

SuperSpace is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will meet your requirements. Always keep copies of important files before processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabarish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SuperSpace, including loss of files or data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms and will note the date of the last update above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
